Our Story

We are Hospo enthusiast that would like to share the passion for food and cultural traditions through street food delights. Because we love Mexican street food, and we bet you’ll love it too!

We came across an interesting initiative during the lock down time. For us, food is as expression and we want to express the street food folklore from Mexico City (CDMX) where every corner highlights a new dish/creation, bringing flavour to town. We venture to adapt traditional dishes with the local ingredients available in Australia. We understand the struggles when eating spicy food. Do not be shy! Our dishes do not burn your taste buds ;).

Our concept is for those bored of the schnitzel at lunch time, for the light eaters or heavy eaters in the morning. We are a new non-conventional option that can become more familiarized for you once you give it a go. Our goal is for you to have a flavour-some meal.

We aim to serve reliable food within a reasonable wait, improvement is something we strive for and catering for your dietaries is something we keep in mind. Give us a chance to explore the right path to cater for you.
